You'll own the onboarding and activation of new travel advisors, using no-code and AI tools to automate workflows. You'll fix broken processes and scale programs that help entrepreneurs launch their travel businesses. This role is at the heart of empowering the next generation of travel advisors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and automate operational workflows using no-code and AI tools
• Build scalable systems supporting advisor onboarding and activation
• Identify process gaps and execute improvements quickly
• Manage daily operations and ensure advisor resources run smoothly

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in user lifecycle management, customer success, or operations
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Exceptionally detail-oriented and precise
• Curious and adaptable comfortable with ambiguity and new tools

• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Intercom, HubSpot
• Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms quickly
