Description

You will lead AI deployment projects for marketers using OfferFit by Braze, managing the full lifecycle from design to UAT. You'll facilitate technical workshops, drive customer engagements, improve processes, and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management, consulting, or professional services experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS)
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in architectural and ML design
• Experience leading workshops with senior-level stakeholders
• Proactive and resourceful with ability to build relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead AI deployment lifecycle including use case design, operating model, technical setup, and UAT
• Facilitate technical workshops on objectives, specs, model configuration, and integration architecture
• Drive successful customer engagements as main point of contact, managing deliverables and risks
• Drive process improvement by refining standardized AI deployment playbook
• Influence product roadmap to be customer-centric and meet evolving requirements
