💼 About This Role

You'll build Eventual's core products and architecture, working on Daft, an open-source engine for AI data workloads. Your work will directly impact customers like Amazon and Mobileye. As part of a tight-knit team, you'll design scalable infrastructure and optimize GPU clusters for demanding AI workloads.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build highly reliable products and features.
• Work cross-functionally to understand requirements and ship solutions.
• Write high-quality, extensible, and maintainable code.
• Architect and operate Kubernetes clusters optimized for GPU workloads.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with complex infrastructure projects involving GPUs.
• Experience supporting ML/AI workloads.
• Experience optimizing GPU utilization and job placement via scheduler extensions.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS S3).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience taking a product from ground zero to production.
• Experience with kube-scheduler plugins, Slurm, or Volcano.
