💼 About This Role

You'll shape hiring strategy and scale the GTM organization as the first recruiting hire at a Series B AI-native B2B company. You'll work directly with founders to attract and close top talent. This role reports to the Chief of Staff in a fully in-person setting in San Francisco.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the full recruiting funnel for all GTM roles
• Build top-of-funnel pipelines through sourcing and outbound
• Engage and close top talent in competitive markets
• Establish scalable recruiting processes from scratch

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth startups
• Proven success sourcing and hiring GTM roles
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Experience with Ashby ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
