You'll support Saronic's Growth organization by shaping go-to-market strategy and driving core business decisions. You'll collaborate with leadership, sales, programs, product, and other teams to ensure alignment. This role empowers the sales team with key insights to win and supports leadership decision-making through market sizing and competitive analysis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Size core and adjacent markets to inform strategy and sales efforts
• Determine key purchase criteria and buying processes
• Track, analyze, and synthesize competitors' positioning
• Structure complex problems and drive cross-functional execution

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, or finance
• Extensive experience in due diligence or strategy development
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with military or government markets
• Experience with analytics tools beyond Excel
