• Own strategic vision and persona journey for Clay University
• Ship content fast without dropping quality bar
• Lead and grow the university content team
• Build cross-functional content pipeline across teams

📋 Requirements

• Content creation experience with founder mentality
• Proven track record running a content function or publication
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building new playbooks
