You will lead the store's sales service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage business targets, and elevate team talent. This role involves constant movement on the sales floor and back of house to ensure operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with General Manager
• Oversee Sales Service team to execute exceptional guest experience
• Build client relationships daily
