You'll lead small groups on immersive 2-3 week tours across Japan, sharing your passion for the country's culture and history. You'll ensure smooth daily operations while creating unforgettable travel experiences for your clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead small groups (4-12 travelers) on 2-3 week tours across Japan.
• Plan and prepare daily itineraries, with backup plans for unexpected situations.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist travelers with questions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and sustainability standards are met.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced French (C1) for client communication.
• Good Japanese (B2) to support tour operations.
• Currently living in Japan or lived there for at least one year.
• Organized, reliable, and solution-oriented under pressure.
