💼 About This Role

You'll manage and grow affiliate partnerships for iGaming clients in a dedicated region. Your work will drive traffic quality and ROI while negotiating commercial terms. This on-site role at Medier in Warsaw focuses on one key market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates.
• Identify and onboard new partners across CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models.
• Negotiate commercial terms and improve deal efficiency.
• Monitor traffic quality, campaign performance, and ROI.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years as an Affiliate Manager within iGaming (casino/sportsbook).
• Solid track record managing and scaling affiliate partnerships.
• Hands-on experience with at least one region: Europe/Asia/Nordics/Africa.
• Experience with affiliate platforms like NetRefer or Income Access.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with compliance basics and market-specific restrictions.
• English B2+, Russian, or Ukrainian language skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
