Description

As a Personal Care Specialist, you'll engage one-on-one with patients and customers in a retail cannabis dispensary, guiding them to the right products and consumption methods for their needs. You'll educate customers, maintain product knowledge, support operations, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience
Must be 21 years or older
Pass all required background checks
Valid driver's license or state ID
Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends

Responsibilities

Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment
Educate customers on products, consumption methods, and safety
Recommend safe and effective regimens based on customer needs
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
Ensure store operations comply with regulations
