You'll act as the internal point of contact for escalated Content Integrity issues, bridging technical policy and commercial reality in the UK market. You'll handle high-stakes calls with enterprise clients and translate complex policies into customer-friendly language. This role offers the chance to be the face of Content Integrity for Trustpilot's largest commercial hub.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle high-pressure calls with enterprise clients challenging guidelines
• Translate complex policies into customer-facing language
• Use data to identify patterns and proactively educate teams
• Collaborate with internal teams on integrity-related issues

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in Content Moderation, Trust Safety, or Commercial/Account Management
• Proven experience handling complex disputes and appeals end-to-end
• Excellent written language skills in English
