Description

You will lead the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of a large/complex asset or portfolio. Your role involves ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing budgets, overseeing vendor relationships, and driving property performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5-8 years relevant experience
• Commercial office/retail/industrial property management experience
• Real Estate License where required; CPM or RPA preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; Yardi or MRI and Kardin preferred
• Working knowledge of leases, contracts, and financial instruments

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and resolve problems promptly
• Direct vendor invoice payments and accounting activities
• Prepare monthly reports and annual budgets
• Coordinate lease administration and tenant move-ins/outs
• Lead team activities including hiring, training, and performance reviews
