You'll build and lead the operational backbone for our retirement savings depot, managing transfers, allowances, and tax processes. Your work will directly scale a core business area for a fintech backed by BlackRock and Tencent.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage operations for transfers, allowances, and tax processes.
• Scale and lead the team through mentoring and training.
• Establish relationships with client operations units and handle complex queries.
• Optimize workflows using AI and automation in cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance and proactive risk management in daily operations.

📋 Requirements

• Deep understanding of German retirement products like Riester Rente.
• Several years of professional experience with Riester Rente.
• Knowledge of data exchange with the ZfA (Central Allowance Office).
• Native-level German and business-fluent English.

• Experience in data analysis and process automation.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools like n8n and LLMs like Claude.
