💼 About This Role

You'll join a team supporting a large Federal agency's customer support initiative, handling calls and emails from the public. Your work will ensure efficient and accurate service delivery using knowledge bases and SOPs. This role offers the chance to contribute to government innovation with a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to calls and emails from the public.
• Use knowledge base and SOPs to answer customer requests.
• Document communications in the database.

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English and/or Spanish (written and verbal).
• High School diploma or GED certificate.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Ability to navigate a content management system.
• Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
• Call Center (omnichannel) background.
