You'll provide direct behavior therapy to individuals with autism as part of a multidisciplinary team while mentoring newer interventionists. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement behavior-analytic services to children in 1:1 and group settings
• Collect data on goals and complete session notes during sessions
• Act as role-model and mentor to new Behavior Interventionists
• Support orientation and training of new Behavior Interventionists

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of experience delivering ABA services
• Registered Behavior Technician or Board Certified Autism Technician certification
• Available Monday-Friday 8 am-7 pm with 8-hour shifts
• Valid California Driver's license and reliable transportation
