You'll lead financial reporting and internal controls for a self-funded AI-powered resource planning company. You'll ensure accurate financial insights that drive strategic decisions. This role stands out with support for relocation to Lisbon.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and report financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting.
• Oversee internal control systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Optimize automation of ERP and accounting tools like Netsuite, Payhawk.

📋 Requirements

• Around 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Prior experience in a senior audit position or Big 4 firm or startup/scale-up.
• Degree in Accounting, Management, or Finance (bachelor’s or master’s).
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.

✨ Nice to Have

• Chartered Accountant qualification is a strong plus.
• Experience with tools such as Oracle or SAGE.
• Experience in a fast-moving cross-functional environment.
