You'll manage a geographical territory for EquipmentShare, expanding our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. You'll drive full sales strategy execution from market analysis to revenue growth, using CRM systems for pipeline management. This role offers uncapped commission with no market restrictions and a company-provided truck.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a geographic territory for sales strategy execution.
- Quickly respond to inbound leads and manage CRM pipeline.
- Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships.
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
๐ Requirements
- Proven outside sales experience with a track record of success.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude to adapt to fast-paced growth and learn new products.
