You'll lead the recruiting team at SeatGeek, a ticketing technology company, owning strategy and operations. You'll partner with senior leaders to build a proactive, data-driven hiring engine that balances speed, quality, and cost. This high-impact role reports to the Chief People Officer and offers a flexible hybrid or remote work environment.

  • Lead and develop the recruiting team with clear goals and career growth.
  • Own recruiting strategy across priority roles and business units.
  • Partner with senior leaders on hiring plans and stakeholder management.
  • Set and manage recruiting KPIs using data for continuous improvement.
  • Champion DEI in hiring and inclusive interview processes.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience in tech companies.
  • 4+ years directly managing recruiters in high-growth settings.
  • Proven track record leading full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong data fluency with dashboards and KPIs in recruiting tools.

  • Experience with structured hiring practices and scorecards.
  • Familiarity with modern ATS like Greenhouse or Gem.
  • Passion for live events and fan-first culture.
