Description

You will serve as a Tech Lead in the Global Ops Tech organization, responsible for architecting and building scalable, high-performance platforms and data pipelines for Coupang's fulfillment centers. You will lead company-wide technical projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive engineering best practices to deliver fast and accurate logistics services.

Requirements

• 10+ years hands-on engineering experience in fast-paced environments
• 10+ years designing and developing complex financial systems
• 5+ years designing scalable, high-performance platforms and data pipelines
• Strong knowledge of big data stacks (Cassandra, Kafka, Spark, Flink, Hive, S3, Redshift) and NoSQL databases
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework with extensive AWS experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tech Lead across entire software development lifecycle
• Participate in architecture reviews for new platforms and solutions
• Lead company-wide projects as a technical leader
• Collaborate with project owners, stakeholders, and designers to implement new applications
• Drive process improvements and share best practices across agile teams
