You'll maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas at a residential property. You'll ensure safety and aesthetics through tasks like trash removal, lawn care, and pool maintenance. This role offers immediate hiring and a comprehensive benefits package.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain physical condition of property per SOPs and industry standards.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas continuously.
• Sweep and remove debris from curbs, parking areas, walkways.
• Mow lawns, trim planting beds, rake leaves, and apply treatments.

📋 Requirements

• High school/GED or trade school diploma and one year of full-time grounds maintenance experience.
• Efficient in reading instructions and documenting labor.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand 8 hours or longer per day and lift up to 100 lbs.
