💼 About This Role

You'll participate actively in recruitment for all entities of the group in France and internationally. You'll develop a comprehensive view of recruitment as a strategic business partner. You'll contribute to sourcing, candidate experience, and hiring manager support in a dynamic international environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pilot the full recruitment cycle from brief to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
• Support hiring managers with advice on profiles.

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bac+4/5 in business school, university or HR school.
• Fluent English (B2 minimum).
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent attraction.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
