🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement new People & Culture programs from ideation to launch
• Manage ongoing talent management programs like performance reviews and rewards
• Drive continuous improvement and establish best-in-class program standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align program design with business priorities

📋 Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field
• CHRP or equivalent certification
• 5+ years progressive HR experience
• Strong program management skills and proficiency in MS Office

• Experience with AI-driven tools and technology
• Global mobility and relocation protocols knowledge
• Prior HR advisory experience as Senior Generalist or HRBP
