Description

You will manage an engineering team to build high-performance cloud security services running in 100+ data centers globally, processing over 10 Gbps of traffic with deep inspection using AI/ML. You'll coach and mentor team members, collaborate with product managers and architects, and lead AI-assisted software development.

Requirements

• 15+ years relevant work experience with 8+ years in managerial role
• Experience managing globally distributed teams across time zones
• Expertise in building high-throughput, low-latency dataplane systems (networking Layer 3-7, web proxy, security)
• Proven technical leadership with demonstrable accomplishments
• Experience with cloud service frameworks and service mesh architectures

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and mentor engineering team members
• Collaborate with product managers and architects on key datapath cloud security services
• Maintain and increase product resiliency and sustainability
• Lead AI-assisted software development and ensure well-designed quality software
• Provide technical leadership and share industry best practices
