💼 About This Role

You'll manage a portfolio of mid-market customers, helping them achieve their goals on Assembled's platform and driving business outcomes with senior stakeholders. You'll drive customer renewals and mitigate churn while identifying expansion opportunities. This role offers exposure to cross-functional leadership and a high level of responsibility.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Ability to manage multiple executive-level stakeholders
• Experience in start-up environments
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings
