You'll design and launch DHI's leadership framework, build manager and employee development programs, and architect talent review and succession processes. You'll own the employee engagement strategy and drive performance processes that connect development, culture, and performance. This is a rare opportunity to build a modern L&D function inside a public company at an inflection point.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive L&D experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience designing leadership frameworks from the ground up
• Deep facilitation skills for senior leaders

• Advanced degree in I/O Psychology or related field
• Coaching certification (ICF, CTI, etc.)
• Public company or high-growth tech experience
