You'll foster a positive team environment, manage daily operations, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes and customer satisfaction. Requirements
- **4+ years** of experience in customer success or lifecycle management
- **Bachelor's degree** from an accredited college or university
- **Coaching and mentoring** experience with proven performance improvement
- **Intermediate experience** with Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Workday
Responsibilities
- Mentor team members through regular 1-on-1s and performance coaching
- Manage daily operations including scheduling and resourcing
- Address escalated customer concerns with de-escalation techniques
- Collaborate with Product teams to share customer feedback and insights
