Requirements

  • **4+ years** of experience in customer success or lifecycle management
  • **Bachelor's degree** from an accredited college or university
  • **Coaching and mentoring** experience with proven performance improvement
  • **Intermediate experience** with Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Workday

Responsibilities

  • Mentor team members through regular 1-on-1s and performance coaching
  • Manage daily operations including scheduling and resourcing
  • Address escalated customer concerns with de-escalation techniques
  • Collaborate with Product teams to share customer feedback and insights
