You'll lead sales strategy for the largest Transportation Management System after a merger of industry leaders. You'll shape the unified sales organization and drive revenue growth across last-mile logistics. This role offers a rare opportunity to build from the ground up.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy for scalable revenue growth.
  • Lead as player-coach on complex enterprise deals and close largest opportunities.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Build and scale sales organization including SEs, SDRs, and sales operations.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 15+ years progressive B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 10+ years in senior sales leadership with multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics tech.
  • Proven track record of forecasting accuracy using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.

  • Experience in healthcare delivery or related B2B verticals.
  • Prior experience integrating sales teams post-acquisition.
  • MBA or other relevant graduate degree.
