• Own client relationships end-to-end for institutional investor clients
• Deliver final review and sign-off on diligence results

• Author and manage reliance letters for client engagements

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in mortgage due diligence or capital markets
• Deep established relationships with Wall Street institutional investors
• Hands-on experience with LoanMac or equivalent third-party review platforms
• Expertise in securitization requirements, SEC compliance, and rating agency guidelines
