💼 About This Role

You'll provide Oracle database administration in a production environment at Ft. Meade. You'll engineer solutions with MySQL and Oracle for mission-critical systems. This role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and configure MySQL servers (5.x and 8.x)
• Upgrade MySQL databases across major and minor revisions
• Administer MySQL account access, backups, and table spaces
• Migrate and monitor MySQL database performance

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of MySQL and Oracle database administration
• Experience with database design and modeling
• Proficiency in performance tuning and troubleshooting
• CompTIA IAT Level 2 certification

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RAC, RMAN backup & recovery
• Experience with Streams/GoldenGate, DB security, DB Guard/Vault
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control

• Occasional after-hours call-in required
