💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer, as an Experienced Painter in our high-tech Inspection Center. You'll be painting vehicles using base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats, blending adjacent panels, and paint correcting. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Paint vehicles with base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats
• Blend adjacent panels for seamless color match
• Perform paint correction on vehicles
• Use state-of-the-art painting equipment in the Inspection Center

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive painting experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Experience with water-based paint systems
• ASE certification or tool reimbursement program experience
• Ability to work mandatory overtime
