You'll own regional pipeline generation, deal execution, and revenue attainment while coaching and developing a team of Account Executives. - Lead and coach a team of Account Executives across LATAM
- Drive pipeline generation and revenue attainment in the region
- Build operating cadence around forecasting and deal reviews
- Hire, ramp, and retain high-performing sales talent
๐ Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese
- Meaningful experience leading SaaS sales teams in commercial or mid-market motion
- Proven track record coaching high-performing sellers and improving revenue outcomes
- Experience with CRM data and pipeline metrics to drive decisions

- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies like MEDDIC
- Experience leading distributed teams across multiple LATAM markets
