  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese
  • Meaningful experience leading SaaS sales teams in commercial or mid-market motion
  • Proven track record coaching high-performing sellers and improving revenue outcomes
  • Experience with CRM data and pipeline metrics to drive decisions
