You'll drive new business for AirGarage, selling a unified operating system for parking real estate to commercial property owners. You'll build pipelines from scratch, manage complex multi-party sales cycles, and exceed quarterly quotas while helping scale the sales team. This role offers uncapped commission in a fast-growing startup backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect, cold call, and conduct personalized demos to close new deals.
  • Work with SDRs to supplement outbound efforts and manage pipeline.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer pain points and AirGarage's solution.
  • Develop parking and real estate industry expertise for pricing negotiations.

📋 Requirements

  • Track record of selling in fast-growing startups with mid-market/enterprise cycles (60-90+ days).
  • Deep product understanding to answer edge-case questions confidently.
  • Strong grasp and consistent application of a sales methodology.
  • Ability to build pipeline from scratch and exceed quotas.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to non-tech buyers ("real America").
  • Background in parking or commercial real estate.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
