You'll drive new business for AirGarage, selling a unified operating system for parking real estate to commercial property owners. You'll build pipelines from scratch, manage complex multi-party sales cycles, and exceed quarterly quotas while helping scale the sales team. This role offers uncapped commission in a fast-growing startup backed by top investors.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect, cold call, and conduct personalized demos to close new deals.
- Work with SDRs to supplement outbound efforts and manage pipeline.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer pain points and AirGarage's solution.
- Develop parking and real estate industry expertise for pricing negotiations.
📋 Requirements
- Track record of selling in fast-growing startups with mid-market/enterprise cycles (60-90+ days).
- Deep product understanding to answer edge-case questions confidently.
- Strong grasp and consistent application of a sales methodology.
- Ability to build pipeline from scratch and exceed quotas.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling to non-tech buyers ("real America").
- Background in parking or commercial real estate.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
