💼 About This Role

You'll own the full financial close process and serve as the technical accounting authority in a fast-growing SaaS organization. You'll drive AI-enabled automation across accounting operations and lead audit readiness for a future public company. This role partners closely with the CFO on IPO preparation and scalability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the full financial close process, including record-to-report and procure-to-pay cycles.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and support SEC reporting readiness.
• Design and implement AI-driven close processes, including automated reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Manage treasury operations including liquidity, FX exposure, and cash management strategy.

📋 Requirements

• CPA certification required with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller-level leadership in SaaS.
• Expertise in US GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and multi-entity global consolidations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and financial system implementations.
