Description

You will transform raw people data into strategic business intelligence, serving as the lead architect of the People & Culture reporting ecosystem. Empower teams with accurate insights, develop a reporting roadmap, and bridge the gap between Workday and Looker dashboards.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Workday ecosystem
• Expert-level proficiency in complex Calculated Fields and advanced reporting
• Proven track record building high-stakes reports (e.g., Board decks, ESG reporting)
• Experience working within a People function with deep understanding of HR lifecycles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Lead P&C enablement initiatives to increase adoption of reporting tools
• Develop and communicate the Insights roadmap prioritizing automation and self-service
• Act as consultant to executive leaders, surfacing analytical trends
• Implement consultative intake framework to shift from order-taking to problem-solving
• Provide technical mentorship to Analysts and ensure high-quality system standards
