You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot unmanned aerial systems to support flight testing and mission execution. Your hands-on work ensures our fleet is ready for diverse scenarios, enabling rapid iteration on cutting-edge autonomy.

Requirements

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
• Hands-on experience operating drones in training or mission environments
• Strong technical skills with UAV hardware and ground control systems
• Ability to perform field-level maintenance and repairs
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Operate UAS during test missions and field operations
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair drones and ground equipment
• Log flight hours and maintenance data for compliance
• Support engineers by executing test plans and providing feedback
