Description

You will work on a multidisciplinary team to design, integrate, and test aerial small drones (Group 1-2) for defense applications. Your role covers system architecture, prototyping, test planning, and vehicle data analysis to improve performance and reliability.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of industry experience in systems engineering
• Familiarity with systems, mechanical, electrical, software engineering, and control theory
• Hands-on build and prototyping of complex robotic or aircraft systems
• Knowledge of electronics troubleshooting and basic test equipment
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize system architecture for UAV upgrades and enhancements
• Develop system design plans and interfaces for new UAV products
• Manage tactical engineering efforts across engineering and test disciplines
• Draft test plans for critical subsystems and support vehicle level acceptance testing
• Lead vehicle data analysis to identify performance trends and predictive failure models
