You'll build autonomous customer-facing agentic systems that directly drive revenue and pipeline. You'll own end-to-end product execution from prototype to production. This role offers the chance to define new categories of AI-native products at OpenAI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build autonomous and semi-autonomous customer-facing agentic systems
• Own end-to-end product execution from prototype to production
• Work across full stack including APIs, orchestration, data flows, and frontend
• Partner with marketing, demand gen, and enterprise sales stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience building user- or customer-facing systems
• Python or JavaScript fluency and full-stack application building
• Hands-on experience with APIs, cloud infrastructure, orchestration, and monitoring
• Built, deployed, or operated complex production systems including agents or automation

• Familiarity with sales, marketing, or go-to-market workflows
• Curiosity about modern AI models and experimentation
• Comfortable working without groomed backlog and framing problems independently
