💼 About This Role

You'll oversee patient recruitment for clinical studies in a late-stage neuroscience company. You'll develop recruitment strategies, collaborate with vendors and sites, and drive enrollment to meet study goals. This role offers high visibility and impact as part of an early team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up study recruitment plans during start-up including site and central strategies.
• Evaluate and oversee patient recruitment vendors throughout the study.
• Develop and review study and site recruitment materials.
• Track progress of recruitment tactics against enrollment goals.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field.
• 2+ years of patient recruitment experience in pharma, CRO, or vendor.
• 4+ years overall in clinical research.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and drug development process.

• Experience recruiting studies in psychiatry-related indications.
• Creative and flexible, able to pivot when needed.
