You'll support licensed colorists in delivering an amazing guest experience while learning services and working toward promotion. You'll master consultations, shampooing, blowouts, and retail sales. This role offers paid training and a clear path to Licensed Colorist in 3-9 months.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and hot tool styling
• Contribute to sales goals for retail, services, and memberships
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards
• Complete training to master color theory and application skills

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application
• Entry-level customer service or retail experience
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
