You'll shape sales strategy for a large field sales team at a fast-growing food delivery service. Your work will directly drive merchant acquisition and regional expansion in Japan. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and refine sales strategies for a large-scale Field Sales organization
- Plan and lead key projects for merchant acquisition and regional expansion
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to generate actionable insights
- Conduct performance analysis by merchant, region, and sales channel
๐ Requirements
- Fluent-level proficiency in Japanese
- 15+ years of experience in strategic planning, program management, or field sales
- 3+ years of people management experience
- High proficiency in MS Office tools with strong presentation skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Business-level proficiency in English and/or Korean
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Experience working with large sales organizations and senior executives
