You'll shape sales strategy for a large field sales team at a fast-growing food delivery service. Your work will directly drive merchant acquisition and regional expansion in Japan. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Develop and refine sales strategies for a large-scale Field Sales organization
  • Plan and lead key projects for merchant acquisition and regional expansion
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to generate actionable insights
  • Conduct performance analysis by merchant, region, and sales channel

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Fluent-level proficiency in Japanese
  • 15+ years of experience in strategic planning, program management, or field sales
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • High proficiency in MS Office tools with strong presentation skills

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Business-level proficiency in English and/or Korean
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments
  • Experience working with large sales organizations and senior executives
