Your core impact is ensuring concurrent shoots run smoothly, on time, and on budget. This role offers a chance to scale production operations across a fast-growing creative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Turn creative briefs into production plans with timelines and budgets.
• Lead pre-production coordinating talent, crew, locations, and logistics.
• Oversee on-set operations from setup to wrap, ensuring safety and creative alignment.
• Track production progress across multiple concurrent shoots and resolve issues in real time.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in production with Production Manager experience.
• Track record running multiple concurrent productions across formats like social, branded, digital.
• Comfortable in client-facing situations and stakeholder meetings.
• Proficient in project management tools like Monday.com or equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with IP clearance, insurance, and permitting workflows.
• Strong budget and vendor negotiation skills.
