You'll serve as the primary finance partner to engineering and product leadership, providing visibility into financial performance and supporting investment decisions. You'll translate engineering plans into structured forecasts and track spend against product development budgets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with technical teams and building reporting from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as finance business partner to R&D teams supporting engineering leadership
• Own departmental and product-level financial reporting and variance analysis
• Translate product roadmaps into financial forecasts for OpEx, CapEx, headcount
• Develop and maintain financial tracking for new product development efforts

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance
• Experience supporting R&D or engineering teams
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in hardware, aerospace/defense, or robotics
• Familiarity with R&D cost tracking or capitalization
• Exposure to headcount planning for engineering teams
