💼 About This Role

You'll own and drive the physical implementation of next-generation Mixed-Signal SOCs with high-speed interfaces like PCIe, LPDDR, and Gig Ethernet. You'll collaborate with architecture, design, and CAD teams to deliver high-quality physical designs from RTL to GDSII.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive physical implementation of Mixed-Signal SOCs
• Define physical implementation methodologies and collaborate with teams
• Implement and verify designs at all hierarchy levels
• Interact with foundry on technology, schedule, and signoff

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in physical design of SOCs
• 3+ years of experience managing projects and leading teams
• Hands-on expertise in floorplanning, power planning, UPF methodology
• Full chip/top-level expertise in multiple tape-outs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with double patterning process nodes
• Expertise in Cadence or Synopsys RTL-to-GDSII flow
