You will manage civil transportation design projects, develop plans per PennDOT and PTC standards, mentor junior staff, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. This hybrid role in Pottsville, PA offers a path to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years civil transportation design experience
• Licensed PE in PA or near-term licensure
• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience with public agencies and/or municipalities
• Experience with PennDOT standards and submissions
• Strong communication and client relation skills
• Organizational skills and adherence to budgets and schedules
• Advanced use of CADD

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project schedules and work plans
• Manage project teams, accountable for budget and schedule
• Mentor junior staff
• Contribute to Division strategic growth initiatives
• Interact with clients, agencies, and project stakeholders
• Represent Benesch at industry and professional events
• Identify opportunities and lead strategic project pursuits
