You'll be a trusted product expert on the Global Customer Support team, owning technical cases and guiding best practices for Braze's customer engagement platform. You'll diagnose and fix issues while driving product adoption through clear, accurate support. This role offers hands-on work with APIs and SQL in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

  • Own customer inquiries end-to-end, providing timely resolutions.
  • Become a trusted product expert on dashboard, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and adoption.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2โ€“3 years of experience supporting technical products in SaaS or mobile.
  • Degree from accredited college, boot camp, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with case management tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, APIs, and/or SQL.

  • Familiarity with Postman, Snowflake, or Kibana.
  • Domain knowledge in SaaS, Mobile Technology, APIs, Marketing Automation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
