You'll join a multidisciplinary squad focused on B2B and platform experiences, using research and data to solve user problems. Your work will directly shape product roadmaps and business outcomes. This role offers the chance to rotate across different product areas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Tackle design challenges with a balanced critical approach
• Create detailed mockups and prototypes using Figma and Sketch
• Use insights from research and analytics to inform design choices
• Collaborate with Engineering and Content Design teams

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of Product or UX Design experience
• Portfolio showcasing digital product expertise, especially mobile apps
• Ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user-centered design

• Experience with responsive design and accessibility best practices
• Leadership or mentoring experience
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration
