Requirements

• Clinical experience, peer-reviewed publications, or hospital-based practice
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Ability to work as a contractor with secure computer and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Challenge AI models on medical topics like differential diagnosis, drug interactions, and treatment protocols
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Converse with models on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions
