You will manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office and via telehealth. Join a team dedicated to transforming primary care through human-centered, technology-enabled health services.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency
• Practiced at least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages
• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics
• State licensed in CA before start date
• Passion for human-centered primary care

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or via tele-health
• Continuously learn during weekly Clinical Rounds
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
