You will lead and scale a high-performing enterprise sales organization in the East and Canada, driving substantial annual growth and acting as a key spokesperson for Okta in the region. This senior leadership role involves defining market tactics, executing go-to-market plans, and mentoring a team of sales leaders to exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years building and running enterprise sales teams in software industry
  • 3+ years as second-line sales leader
  • Led a sales organization of $20M+ ARR with over 40% growth
  • Relevant experience in IT systems, cloud infrastructure, security, or business applications
  • Proven history of exceeding targets with consultative selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger)

Responsibilities

  • Attract, recruit, hire, and mentor enterprise sales leadership team
  • Consistently deliver and overachieve against sales targets
  • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and execute business plans
  • Define value proposition and implement sales and marketing strategies for growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales engineering, channels, customer success, and product
