💼 About This Role

You'll manage relationships with public sector entities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, helping them integrate Planet's geospatial solutions into critical workflows. Your core impact will be driving adoption and expansion of Planet's imagery for applications like environmental monitoring and emergency response. This hybrid role is based in Berlin and offers the chance to work with diverse government stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive renewals and upsells
• Facilitate training and onboarding on GIS and remote sensing workflows
• Act as voice of customer internally for feature enhancements

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Customer Success or account management
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Advanced working knowledge of remote sensing, GIS, or geospatial imagery
• Ability to develop long-term strategic plans for each customer

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ArcGIS, QGIS, or Google Earth Engine
• Working proficiency in another European language (Italian, Greek, Spanish)
• Previous Program/Project Management experience
